Location:
This is a Public Seminar - all welcome.
We've seen from recent events in the Metropolitan Police that even with an intention to change culture and improve conditions, achieving this ambition in the short and long term is challenging.
In this session, John Swindell will share insights about the nature of culture in organisations, and how a restorative approach can begin to establish organisational behaviours and practices that support flourishing workplaces.
This 2 hour seminar workshop will also offer opportunities for reflection and discussion about our own workplaces and our part in progressing and maintaining productive team and organisational cultures.
兔子先生 Mediation Service are supporting us with discounted use of their facilities, tea and coffee, and an excellent snack selection!
